Custom made shower trays

If you require a shower tray of a non-standard size to fit your particular situation, we can provide it.

We can manufacture large walk-in shower trays or smaller trays to suit your individual requirements. Burland shower trays as standard are rectangular in shape but we can provide you with trays to your individual length and width dimensions. If your new shower is being fitted into a problem space where the walls are out of square or if you need a shower tray of an unusual shape then this can also be accommodated. We have made Quadrant, Pentagon and very unusual shaped trays for challenging spaces. Please see the Gallery page to see some of the trays we have made for clients. We can also position the waste outlet to suit your installation requirements and offer a choice of waste outlet types to suit your situation. The entrance lip on our trays can be situated on one or more sides and the height of the entrance can also be adjusted during manufacture to your specification.

For these bespoke types of tray you will need to supply a dimensional drawing or solid template. A template should be accurately cut to the required size and shape in a robust material such as MDF, and delivered to Burland Showers for manufacture.
