All orders placed are subject to these conditions of sale and the placing of an order shall be considered to be acceptance of these conditions.

[1] Payment Terms

All goods must be paid for in full prior to despatch. Payment methods currently accepted include the following;

Cash – To be sent at your own risk and with adequate insurance, to the address below.

Cheque – Made payable to ‘Nigel Bulkeley’.

PayPal - Credit Cards accepted via Paypal’s instant online payment system.

[2] Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice and are those ruling at the time you place your order. Prices are quoted with all applicable trade and cash discounts taken into consideration.

[3] Delivery

Delivery times for UK mainland orders will depend on the product ordered. Orders are not accepted for overseas delivery.

Delivery shall be made to the Buyer's address and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

[4] Proper law

This contract shall in all respects be construed and will operate as an English contract in conformity with English Law and the parties thereto submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. The interpretation of the English edition shall prevail over any translation.
